Hosting a party? We can help! We have multiple function areas that can accommodate up to 250 guests, so whether you’re looking for a wedding reception, celebrating a birthday or an anniversary, we have the facilities to meet your needs. 

We have a range of catering options and can accommodate for a variety of dietary requirements.

Stuck with party ideas? We have a list of approved DJ’s and party decorators that have previously used us, so we will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Did you know we also now have football parties available! Prices from £11.00 per child which includes: an hour and a half pitch hire, a choice of meal and squash served in our sports bar.

TWO WELL-EQUIPPED FUNCTION ROOMS

Imperial Sports Ground offers two individual and private function facilities on different floors in the main building. These venues are available for hire for special events such as birthday celebrations, anniversaries, weddings, product launches, tournaments, corporate events and wakes.

The venue on the top floor, which has its own bar and a magnificent view over the fields, is primarily used for special events. The second function room adjacent to the main bar is perfect for smaller events and gatherings. Both venues have access to their own toilet facilities, with the ground floor function room also offering easy access to the general bar and café area. We can accommodate outside and indoor events, and offer flexible and tailor-made event options, on-site catering and entertainment arrangements, if required.

In what can be a difficult time, our friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere can offer a hassle free and easy to organise celebration of life. We have In house catering and great range of hot drinks, lagers, ciders, wines and spirits available, to make Imperial Sports Ground a great place to celebrate the life of lost loved ones.

Whether it’s your annual company conference, evening event or a fun team building day our meeting room can be set up to meet your requirements. Do you require the room to be set up as either theatre, banquet or informal style? We have the space to be able to tailor it to your needs. If theatre style is required we can host up to 300 people.
